Mollie Heintzelman

Elizabeth “Mollie” Heintzelman joined Bay State IP as a law clerk in May 2015. As a law clerk, Mollie has assisted in a broad range of intellectual property issues. Mollie is proficient in assisting with various IP issues including trademark, trade dress and copyright. As a second year student at Suffolk University Law School, Mollie has focused her studies in Intellectual Property. She is focusing in the Intellectual Property Concentration, specializing in trademark. Mollie is also a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association at Suffolk, and a writer for Dicta, Suffolk Law School’s student newspaper.  Furthermore, Mollie is a contributing writer for the New England First Amendment Coalition which discusses First Amendment issues.

Prior to joining Bay State IP, Mollie worked as a law clerk for Adam Dash & Associates in Somerville, MA, assisting with various legal work including real estate, small business, and family law issues.

Mollie is a member of a variety of different associations including the Boston Bar Association, International Trademark Association (INTA), and Sports Lawyers Association.

Prior to law school, Mollie worked for the University of Maryland Athletic Department in various departments including facilities operations and events, marketing, and sponsorship sales throughout and shortly after her undergraduate career. Mollie earned her History degree from University of Maryland- College Park.
