Bella Diehl is an associate at Bay State IP, focusing on patent and trademark prosecution. Her experience includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications and conducting patentability and freedom to operate analyses across a wide range of technologies including medical devices, financial services systems, and agentic AI systems. Bella also has experience performing trademark clearance searches and drafting trademark and copyright licensing agreements.
Bella earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and earned her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Bucknell University. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
