Elizabeth West is an associate with Bay State IP and focuses her practice on trademark and copyright matters, both domestically and internationally. Her experience includes counseling clients on clearance, prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights, and advising clients on domain name issues along with assisting in enforcement of client’s Intellectual Property on various e-commerce and social media platforms.
Elizabeth earned her J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, where she also completed a concentration in Intellectual Property with distinction and received a Bachelor of Arts, History, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Boston, 2019.
While attending Suffolk University Law School, Elizabeth served on the Editorial Board of The Journal of High Technology Law and acted as a student attorney in the Transactional Clinic, where she counseled clients on a range of transactional law matters and assisted clients with entity formation.
Ms West is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
